A Honduran man was a working carpenter standing on a scaffold when he fell from a height of 30 feet due to a poorly-built scaffold. Part of the structure fell on him as he lay on the ground which caused him further injuries. He suffered of herniated discs in the cervical and thoracic sections of the spine.

 

The accident occurred because those in charge of the construction did not provide our client with a properly-built scaffold. They did not comply with the security measures required to prevent falls.
